SHIPPING

The time I need to get an order ready for dispatch is between 1 - 3 days depending on the nature of the product ordered (once payment is received). Thereafter, you add onto shipping times depending on your chosen shipping option.

Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly at checkout to ensure that your package gets delivered to the right place. 

We only ship within South Africa. Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.

If you live outside of South Africa, please contact us for International Shipping Rates, as this will vary from country to country. Please also take note that all taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel. Please contact your local customs office for fees related to your country.

If you're based in Cape Town then you are welcome to collect as well. Choose the Local Pickup option at checkout.

Overnight or Economy

• Pickup - free

• Local Overnight - local delivery the next business day (within Cape Town). R80.00

• Economy Road - national delivery in 3 - 4 working days (withing Johannesburg/ Durban/ Port Elizabeth/ East London/ George/ Bloemfontein) R100.00

Please note that these shipping costs are for major cities only. Some locations might be marked as a “special delivery area”. Examples of these areas include Plots/farms, remote areas, game lodge/resort, power stations, townships, mines, harbors/port, military bases and Government buildings. In this instance, you will be required to pay a surcharge. The product will only be shipped once the surcharge has been paid.

A tracking number will be sent to you so that you can keep track of the progress of your parcel.
