Please note that the products available on our website are handmade and might have slight imperfections and variations which we believe make our products truly special. This does not however influence the quality of our products. We take pride in providing high quality products, which we hope to meet you in good condition. We are more than happy to offer a full refund/exchange in the unlikely event that your purchase has been damaged; it does not stand up to your expectation or it is of substandard quality. If this is the case then please let us know on firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo of the product. You will then have 30 days from date of purchase, to return the product/products back to us (at your own expense) where we will review the return before making the decision to refund. All products should be unused and in their original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that refunds cannot be made on the following products:
- Sale items
- Custom/personalized orders
You are more than welcome to cancel your order if you have for some reason changed your mind. It will take 7 - 10 working days for the fees to reflect back into your account.
A lot of care goes into our packaging and we try our best to get your purchase to you safe and sound, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If you have received your purchase and it is damaged, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately on email@example.com with a photo of the damaged product. You will have 30 days from date of purchase to return the product back to us where we will review it before sending a replacement. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The product/products need to be unused and in its original packaging.

“Out of our control” events do occur now and then due to customs clearance, political turmoil, strikes or bad weather (to name a few). These circumstances could lead to delays and products finding their feet and wandering off. If this is the case, we will gladly offer a once-off replacement of the product.
